You can put a notice on everyone dashboard.
How to use it?
Ass.To Role - This basically means that all the user that are having the role will be show the typed notice.
Ass.to User. You can type in user name to assign a notice to.
Either of the one can be use at a time. Don\'t use both at the same time.
Or Show in - if you set it as FrontEnd - Then the notice will be shown to all vistor who have visited your front end
The eye button deactivates the notice. So you could reactivate it again later in the time when you want the same message to be displayed to same type.
